Eel has been regarded as one of the best nutritious food for human body due to its abundant protein, calcium, unsaturated fat, Vitamin A and E, and EPA and DHA, etc., according to the ancient medicine book “The Essence of Herbs”.  Modern medical science also confirms the high nutritional value of eels.

Eel is regarded as omni-directional wholesome food.  If we include eels in our daily diet, it’s said that man would be healthy and women, both healthy and beautiful.
